Nicole's passion to help others was driven by her own triumphs over many obstacles in her life. Through the power of hypnosis, she overcame her barriers and enjoys helping others to do the same through hypnotherapy.

Nicole specializes in using hypnosis to help people with respiratory illnesses. A 26 year struggle with asthma led her to teaching and helping others how to lessen or even rid their asthma. She also teaches workshops on asthma and hypnosis. "Hypnosis can help you breathe better! The power of your subconscious mind is so strong it can send messages to your respiratory system to help you to breathe more easily and effortlessly."

She is a Master in Guided Imagery, and Certified in Past-Life Regression, Smoking Cessation, Angels and Imagery, Numerology, and Handwriting Analysis. Nicole is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Through Nicole's experience enables her to provide you with tools that can help you navigate through you emotions, thoughts, and your physical body, to help you stay moving forward on your path to happiness and well-being.
