Biography for Hank Hamilton, C.Ht
Hank was first exposed to hypnosis at age fourteen, in a 9th grade junior high school assembly where he was selected as one of the subjects. The experience impressed and intrigued him by showing him the strength that he was capable of utilizing when his subconscious mind was instructed to do so. Studying everything he could find on the subject, he started using a form of self-hypnosis to program his mind to attain everything he felt was important. Hank's personal motto became, "Never say I wish I had done that. Do it."
With little to no more connections or preparation other than programming the subconscious mind, Hank has succeeded as: a radio disc jockey; television producer/announcer/performer; vice president/executive producer of many major advertising agencies; staff producer, ABC-TV Network; agency producer of a one hour TV Special with The Beatles, in Australia; co-star/feature actor in movies for Universal, Paramount, United Artists, among others; 7th Degree International Karate master; and instructor/manager to child actors and Karate champions.
Hank has always enjoyed assisting others with their ambitions, and recently decided to dedicate all of his efforts to motivation and helping people find their happiness and success. To learn how to instill this power in others, he ardently trained, and graduated with honors, at the world renowned Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California. Now he enjoys his own private practice as a Certified Hypnotherapist, in the HMI offices.
Although trained in, and very professional at, treating nearly all traumas, fears, phobias, and any other issues that may distress you, Hank's dedication is to motivate you to live life to its fullest and succeed in every ambition. Never say, "I wish I had done that." Do it.

Experience
Hank has enjoyed every hypnotherapy session he has conducted since becoming a professional hypnotherapist. Working with, advising, and helping people find comfort and satisfaction in their lives has always been a driving desire in his life. Each time a client leaves his office, Hank knows that they are in a happy, very enthusiastic mood, and usually eager to set their next appointment.
Through his adult life, Hank has used hypnosis in one way or another. Self hypnosis has guided him in every venture he has had. Reading the situation, sensing the need, and programming his mind to find the solution has been the driving force to getting the "impossible" careers he has had. Having been a young radio disc jockey, at a time when no major station would hire a "kid" deejay, he changed his resume to being a copy writer, and instantly got a job with a successful advertising agency in Long Beach, California. Within a year, he became second in command of the Radio/TV department of a major agency in Los Angeles, winning awards for commericals for General Electric, Chrysler/Plymouth, and General Petroleum (Mobil). While there, he became president of the Los Angeles Jr. Advertising Club.
The attention garnered by Hank's work eventually won him a much more lucrative job in the TV department of the largest national agency in Los Angeles. Works done there, and awards won in Hollywood and New York, helped him land a position as Staff Producer with ABC-TV Network. Hank's job was to assist in the development of (basically) a new network. A lifelong dream to go to the South Seas prompted him to accept an offer to take over the Broadcast Department of the largest Advertising Agency in Australia. He created many commericials as well as the aforementioned show with the Beatles. A year and a half later, missing the U.S. and Los Angeles in particular, he returned home without having first lined up a job.
Within a month, Hank was named Radio-TV Director of a regional advertising agency in Los Angeles. He continued in advertising, first as a Vice-President/Executive Producer in Chicago, and later as Executive Producer with the top agency in L.A. Having later formed his own company, he wrote, produced, and directed more than 100 commercials a year for major fashion firms, financial institutuions, and the Denny's restaurant chain, as well as assisting in setting up an advertising plan for the newly forming National Bank Americard, Inc. (Visa). Meanwhile, having spent most of his younger life traininig in Japanese martial arts, Hank joined the Interantional Karate Association for training twelve hours a week. He eventually spent his spare time teaching Karate and assisting Grand Master Takayuki Kubota with training the FBI Defensive Tactics Instructors, the L.A. Police Academy instructors, and other police departments in the area.
In 1970, he was cast in "The Mechanic," a United Artists movie with Charles Bronson. Later, acclaimed director Sam Peckinpah hired him as technical advisor for another U.A. movie, "The Killer Elite," for which he also trained star James Caan and various stuntmen in martial arts techniques. During filming of the movie, Hank was signed in a co-starring role as the killer partner of Robert Duvall. Having found success in the business he originally planned for his life, Hank also co-starred in movies including "The Car" for Universal and "American Hot Wax" for Paramount, as well as doing voice overs for commercials. In between features, he worked as a counselor and personal manager for known actors and beginning juveniles.
