Biography for Claire Jacks, C.Ht.

Back in 1997, Claire realized for the first time how powerful and wonderful hypnotherapy is. She knew she had to share it with others who wanted to make significant changes in their lives, too, and two years later she enrolled at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.

In her private practice, Claire thrives on meeting people who are frustrated and fed up with an old behavior or way of being, and on showing them in their very first hypnotherapy session how they can take control and begin feeling better now.

With her humor, calming demeanor, compassion, and firm belief that everyone has the ability to create a life worth living, Claire offers a safe, comfortable place for her clients to learn, grow, and amaze themselves.

Experience

Claire has conducted a private hypnotherapy practice since 2000. She helps men, women, teenagers, and children to achieve their personal goals in areas such as improving self-confidence and self-esteem, clarifying communication in relationships, overcoming fears and phobias, achieving career goals, moving through bereavement, awakening spiritually, and more. She has taught seminars at HMI including The Secrets of Successful Relationships, Past-Life Regression, and Dream Therapy. She has conducted private group seminars on theory of mind, dream analysis/dream therapy, past-life regression, and relationship strategies. In 2007 she began teaching on staff at HMI.

Claire has also led group guided imagery workshops at Contours Express-Ladies Only Fitness Studio in Northridge, California, and at the Sunrise Assisted Living facility in West Hills, California.
