Enrollment Cancellation and Tuition Refund Policy - Student's Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this agreement for the course of instruction within 30 days of the date of enrollment, including any equipment or other goods and services included in this agreement.

If HMI is notified of your desire to cancel and all course materials are returned within thirty days of the date you submitted your enrollment agreement, HMI will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition paid within 10 days. You may cancel in any manner but written notice is strongly suggested and materials must be returned at your expense.

You must complete this course by submitting the written examination within 8 weeks of receipt of materials to maintain satisfactory progress. This agreement will automatically expire 90 days from the date of shipment of materials.

HMI reserves the right to reject an application, with a refund of the tuition fees paid. HMI reserves the right to change course fees and/or course materials at its discretion without prior notice, except when pre-paid under this Agreement and once executed by both parties.

All tuition must be paid in U.S. funds only. All students outside of the continental U.S. and Alaska will be responsible for payment of any applicable custom duties and/or additional shipping fees and/or additional telecommunications costs.
