Comments: This video was very helpful in helping us consider the fact that the same statement (such as "I want better self esteem") could actually be coming from any of the four different levels of consciousness. Perhaps because I'm rather new to hypnotherapy, I had some trouble following the various methods used to address each one. Due to time constraints, these were not explained in any detail. For therapists more familiar with these methods (i.e. Gestalt), this video would doubtless be more useful than it was to me.
