Comments: Chuck knows his stuff, and presents this technique with great clarity. At the beginning of his presentation, he mentions that he won't have time to give the full three approaches / processes that the flyer claimed, and it is a disappointment that he doesn't get to, because using the 3 different processes sounds like an integrated and successful approach for his clients.

Comments: I enjoyed the lecture very much but, in following the induction, I was actually coming in and out and therefore consciously missed some of the technique. I plan to review it again. A little distracting - the acoustics were somewhat poor when a member of the class was talking or asking a Question.
